Always looking for ways to improve the property for you:

• We continue to replace the roll up door weather stripping. Don’t forget to call the office to schedule to have yours replaced or to obtain more information.

• We will be filling cracks, replacing damaged asphalt, and re-sealing the entire asphalt surface this summer. We will be notifying our tenants in the coming months.

• We are purchasing a pressure washer so we can keep the property cleaner going forward.
